Jefferson, Ohio Heavy Vehicle Cause Injury to 53 Year Old Woman

A 53-year-old woman sustained injuries in an accident, which occurred on April 10, 2013 at approximately 10:50 am, in Wayne, Jefferson, Ohio. Police reported that a 1993 Deere FE heavy vehicle that was being driven by a 46 year old man of Fresno, Ohio, and a 2000 Toyota Echo compact car that was being driven by the woman were both headed west on County Road 22A, when the driver of the Toyota attempted to pass the heavy vehicle in a no-passing zone. The driver of the heavy vehicle allegedly attempted to turn left onto Township Road 197 and struck the car. The woman was treated at the scene and the man charged.
