SR 46 Crash Injures Elderly Man in Ashtabula, Ohio

Residents of Plymouth, Ashtabula, Ohio, were present on the scene of an accident in which a 78-year-old man, of Jefferson, Ohio, Clarence J. Arnold, sustained injuries. Reports from the police are that a 1997 Chevy S10 pickup was being driven by an 18 year old youth, west on East Morgan Road. The elderly man was driving a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country minivan south on State Route 46. The driver of the pickup made a left turn onto State Route 46 headed south and struck the minivan. Plymouth Township EMS transported the man to Ashtabula County Medical and the youth was charged. ONG towed the pickup.
