State Route 501 in Duchouquet, Auglaize, Ohio, was the scene of a three-vehicle crash that occurred and resulted in injuries for two women and a man, who were all taken to Lima St. Rita’s. The driver of the car was forced into the path of a 2008 Honda CRV SUV that was being driven south on the same road. The car and the SUV rested in the ditch.
