An accident that occurred and closed State Route 137 for several hours on Saturday August 3, 2013 at 9:06 am, caused injuries to a 50 year old woman, who was the driver of the 1999 Chevy Malibu midsize car that was involved. Reports from the police are that the woman was headed west on State Route 137 in her car and allegedly failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a barn.
