A 48 year old man of Swanton, Ohio, sustained injuries and was charged, following a crash that occurred in Maumee, Lucas, Ohio, on October 4, 2013 at approximately 12:08 pm. Reports from the police are that he was driving east on Federal Highway 24, approaching the ramp headed south to Interstate 475. When he exited the Ramp, he merged at the bottom into the entrance drive to Interstate 475. He allegedly lost control of his vehicle and went off the left side of the roadway where the vehicle struck a concrete median divider. He was treated at the scene. Ank towed the car.
