An early morning rear end crash occurred in Pease, Belmont, Ohio, on November 8, 2013 at approximately 5:57 am and resulted in injuries for a 53 year old woman, Lois A. Kasarda of Yorkville, Ohio. She was transported by Martin’s Ferry EMS to East Ohio Regional. Police reports are that two vehicles, a 2000 Dodge Intrepid midsize car and a 2003 Chevy Cavalier midsize car were headed south on State Route 7, when the 26 year old driver of the Dodge allegedly failed to slow and struck the Chevy that was being driven by the woman. The driver of the Dodge was charged and Little E towed the Chevy.
