On October 4, 2013 at approximately 5:15 pm, police reports are that a 2003 Honda Accord was being driven by the woman and headed south on Interstate Route 71 in the construction zone. She allegedly lost control and the car went off the left side of the road. It went into the median and struck a concrete culvert then hit the construction barrier of the highway. She was charged with operating her vehicle without reasonable control and Bill’s towed the car.
