Elderly Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash in Clark, Ohio

An elderly man was killed in a motorcycle crash that occurred in Moorefield, Clark, Ohio, on October 11, 2013 at approximately 3:50 pm. Reports from the OSHP are that a 68 year old woman was driving a 2005 Chrysler Cruiser SUV north on Bosart Road, while the man, 75 year old Jerry L. Kunkle of Springfield, Ohio, was driving a 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle south on the same road. The woman allegedly failed to yield while she was making a left turn and pulled her vehicle into the path of the motorcycle. The man was transported by Care Flight to Miami Valley, while the woman was charged. Logan’s towed the motorcycle.
