Three people sustained injuries in a crash that occurred in Oliver, Adams, Ohio, on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2013 at approximately 2:15 pm. Police reports are that a 2005 Chevy Cavalier compact car was being driven by a 38 year old man, Willard A. Wineman, south on State Route 247. A 2008 Mercury Milano midsize car was being driven by a 49 year old woman of West Union, Ohio, when she turned left from State Route 247. She allegedly failed to yield to the Chevy and her vehicle was struck in the right side. Both drivers were injured and treated at the scene, while an occupant of the Mercury, Kaia Josephine Huneke of West Union, Ohio, was transported by West Union EMS to ACRMC. The driver of the Mercury was charged and Barnett’s towed the Mercury.
