A young man, Garrett B. Holmes of Bellevue, Ohio, aged 16 years old, was driving a 2001 Ford Focus compact car south on State Route 18 in Thompson, Seneca, Ohio, when he allegedly drove the car off the left side of the roadway. Police reports are that on December 22, 2013 at approximately 9:13 pm, the vehicle struck a ditch, a barn, landscaping rocks and a tree before it rested. He and an occupant of the car, 17 year old Dakota S. Schaffer were transported by North Central EMS to Bellevue Hospital. John’s towed the car.
