A 45-year-old man, Osei K. Boateng of Columbus, Ohio, sustained injuries in an accident that occurred on Interstate Route 71 in Berkshire, Delaware, Ohio, at approximately 1:54 pm on January 6, 2014. Reports from the OSHP are that a 2005 Volvo tractor semi was being driven by the man, north on Interstate Route 71. He attempted to make a lane change and allegedly drove the tractor of the east side of the roadway. It struck a guardrail and a ditch. Delaware County EMS transported him to Grady Hospital.
