A woman, Kimley R. James 51, of Wilmington, Ohio, and a 13 year old girl, Miranda Campbell of New Vienna, Ohio, sustained injuries in a crash that occurred in Wilmington, Clinton, Ohio, on December 23, 2013 at approximately 1:52 pm. Reports from the OSHP are that a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am midsize was being driven by a 60 year old man of New Vienna, Ohio, south on Progress Way attempting to turn left into the Walmart Plaza. A 1995 Chevy C10 pickup was being driven by 26 year old Roberta Tiffany Lindsay, headed north on Progress Way. The driver of the Pontiac allegedly made a left turn in front of the pickup and was struck by it on the right side. The driver of the Pontiac was cited twice, for failure to yield while making a left turn and failure to have his passengers properly restrained. Both of the injured, who were occupants of the Pontiac, were taken by Virgil Campbell to Clinton Memorial. Two other occupants, Christopher Lindsay 5, and Kayla Achor 11, were not injured.
