A 2004 Honda Odyssey driven by a 56 year old woman was headed east on Federal Highway 52 while a 2000 Chevy Impala driven by a 37 year old man was stopped in the eastbound lane of the highway, waiting to make a left turn onto Yates Road. The Honda allegedly failed to maintain an assured clear distance and struck the Chevy in the rear. The 56 year old woman sustained injuries.
