The police report states that the man, who was driving a 1999 Saturn motor vehicle, along with a 2006 Chevy Impala motor vehicle was driving east along State Road in a line of traffic. The 37 year old man attempted to turn left into a driveway and was allegedly struck by the driver of the Impala who was attempting to pass a vehicle on the roadway. The 37 year old man sustained minor injuries.
