The reports stated that a 2009 Chevy Silverado pickup was headed south on Federal Highway 42. A 1999 Buggy with a horse was headed south on the same highway. The Chevy pickup allegedly struck the Buggy in the rear, causing two occupants to be ejected. The 35 year old driver of the buggy, an 18 year old woman and a 13 year old boy sustained injuries and were transported by EMS.
