According to police reports, a 2002 Chevy Cavalier was headed south on State Route 13 and stopped at a stop sign. A 1994 Tractor-Semi Trailer was also headed in the same direction on the same road. The Tractor allegedly stopped behind the Chevy, rolled forward and struck it in the rear. The injured woman was the driver of the Chevy Cavalier; she was transported by EMS.
