               Police reported that a 1998 GMC pickup truck driven by a 17 year old male was headed east on State Route 164 when the driver allegedly drove the vehicle off the right side of the roadway and ended up striking a post, a tree and a fence after which it overturned. The 17 year old was taken from the scene by EMS.

Accidents which occurred when drivers were apparently normal were 321,754 which resulted in property damage.
