The driver 2001 Pontiac Grandam was traveling west on Marquart Road in Clark County, when the vehicle allegedly traveled off the road to the left. The vehicle struck a culvert and a phone junction box, and then traveled back onto the roadway where it overturned several times. Neither of the occupants were wearing seatbelts and while the vehicle in was rolling it ejected both the 22 year old driver and a 16 year old passenger. Both occupants were pronounced dead at the scene.
