A Goshen High School student lost control of his 1992 Honda Prelude around 3 a.m. Friday June 4th on Ohio 48 in Goshen Township. His car went off the left side of the road; hit a ditch and then a house. The Ohio State Patrol said the boy and the two other teenagers with him had been drinking. Next to the car after the incident, laid an empty beer can. He was not wearing a seat belt, and was transported by his parents to the Bethesda North Hospital. The two passengers were not injured.

The homeowner whose house the boy hit, said it was apparent the student had been drinking. In Clermont County over half (126) of the 239 alcohol related crashes in 2008 caused property damage.
