A Honda Accord was traveling Northbound on Interstate 77 at 2:40am on December 19, 2010. The 33-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle, traveled across three lanes of traffic, and struck the guardrail at the E 30th Street exit in Cleveland. The driver was ejected from the car. The car then continued out of control, it struck the concrete wall in the center of the Interstate where it finally came to a stop. Police say that the victim was not wearing a seatbelt. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
