According to reports supplied by the ODPS, a 2008 Chevy Impala midsize car was headed south on State Route 4 behind a 2003 Ford Focus compact car when the Ford Focus began to slow for a vehicle that had spun out in front of it. The Chevy allegedly began to spin but regained control and was able to slow down. The Chevy vehicle was unable to maintain an assured clear distance and struck the Ford Focus in the rear. The injured man was an occupant of the Chevy Impala.
