A 2007 Honda Accord was traveling west on Mason Road in Erie County when it allegedly stuck a Buick while going through an intersection. The 49 year old driver allegedly failed to stop at a traffic light causing the collision with the 1998 Buick. According to police the Honda allegedly crossed into the southbound lane in the intersection and struck the left side of the Buick. The 35 year old driver of the Buick was seriously injured and transported by EMS.
