According to police reports, a 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by a 37 year old man was headed north on County Route 38 on Stoudertown Road when the rider allegedly ran the motorcycle off the right side of the roadway where it struck a traffic sign post and overturned. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
