On January 26, shortly before midnight, a car narrowly missed striking a row of gas meters and ran into the front porch of a home on Northwest Boulevard in Franklin County, Ohio. According to police, the driver allegedly drove off the road, ran into a tree and then continued until it struck the front porch of a house. The driver, a Grandview Heights man, was charged with being under the influence of alcohol.
