According to the police reports a 64 year old man was driving his 2007 Buick west on Front Street through State Route 108 and was stopped at a red light at SR 108 and Front Street in Henry County. The light changed and the man drove his car into the intersection and was allegedly struck by a 2001 Dodge Truck. The 56 year old driver of the Dodge was traveling north of SR 108 and allegedly failed to stop at the red light at the intersection. The 64 year old man was taken by EMS.

Napoleon Ohio (population 9,318), had a total of 223 accidents with 38 accidents that caused injuries and 183 accidents that caused only property damage.
