According to reports supplied by the ODPS, a 2009 Saturn SUV was headed east on Federal Highway 62, while a 2010 Ford F150 pickup was headed west on the same highway. The Ford F150 allegedly went left of the center of the roadway and struck the Saturn. The Ford F150 then went off the left side of the roadway and struck a ditch and a fence. The 56 year old female driver of the SUV and a 55 year old female occupant sustained injuries as well as the driver of the F150, they were all transported from the scene by EMS.
