Police reported that both vehicles, a 2004 Jeep Cherokee SUV driven by a 52 year old man and a 2003 Mack Truck driven by a 42 year old man were headed east on Laskey in the curb lane when the Mack Truck made a wide right turn. The 2004 Jeep Cherokee allegedly tried to pass on the right and ended up striking the truck in the rear. The driver of the Mack truck sustained minor injuries.
