A 2009 Chevy Silverado pickup was headed east on Interstate Route 70 and began to run out of fuel, the driver stopped the vehicle in the right lane instead of pulling on to the berm. A 2007 semi was headed east in the right lane following a commercial outfit and saw the 2009 Chevy Silverado and swerved around it, but allegedly struck it on the left rear, the tractor also sideswiped a 2005 Chevy Silverado pickup as well. The woman sustained injuries.
