According to police reports, both vehicles, a 1998 Dodge pickup driven by a 47 year old man and a 2009 Chevy Silverado pickup driven by a 38 year old man were stopped east on Old State Route 7 when the Dodge pickup allegedly backed improperly and struck the Chevy Silverado pickup. The driver of the Chevy suffered minor injuries.
