Police reports state that a 2008 Pontiac motor vehicle was headed south on County Route 21 while a 2005 Buick Century was headed east on County Route 23. The Buick Century allegedly failed to yield at the stop sign and was struck by the Pontiac motor vehicle. The 64 year old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
