            Police reports state that a 2010 Ford was traveling west on State Route 313.  The 18 year old driver allegedly failed to maintain control of his vehicle and traveled off the left side of the road way, where it struck a ditch, a fence and a tree.  The 18 year old driver sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital by EMS.
