Reports supplied by the Ohio State Highway Patrol stated that a 1989 Jeep Comanche pickup driven by a 50 year old man was headed east on State Route 147 when the vehicle allegedly went off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail face. The vehicle re-entered the roadway and went off the left side where it struck a ditch embankment. The driver as well as two passengers were transported by EMS.
