A two vehicle crash resulted in injuries for one man and caused the death of another in Columbus, Fairfield, Ohio, on March 22, 2013 at approximately 9:30 pm. Police reports are that the driver of a 1992 Honda Accord midsize car, 46 year old Cyril Anaedobe Ntukogu of Winchester, Ohio, was headed north on Gender Road, while the driver of a 1996 Subaru Impreza midsize car, 50 year old Seth Quacoopome of Columbus, Ohio, was headed south on the same road. The driver of the Subaru allegedly failed to control his vehicle, crossed the centerline and went into the path of the Honda. Quacoopome was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:47 pm. Truro Township Medic 167 transported the driver of the Honda to Mount Carmel East.
