Police reports state that a 2003 Chrysler Sebring driven by a 25 year old woman was traveling down Lockwood Road in Ottawa County when she was allegedly struck by another vehicle attempting to pass her on the roadway. After the impact the 25 year old allegedly lost control of her vehicle. The Sebring traveled off the south side of the roadway causing it to  strike an embankment and a utility pole. The vehicle continued through a flowerbed, across a lawn and struck another utility pole. The vehicle she was struck by fled the scene of the accident. The 25 year old female driver sustained injuries and was transported by EMS.
