Police reports state that a 2010 bicycle being ridden by the man was being ridden near the fog line west on State Route 163, being followed by a 2005 Chevy. The bicycle attempted to turn around in the roadway and was allegedly struck by the Chevy.  The 24 year old male rider sustained injuries.
