Police reports stated that a 2006 driven by a 34 year old man stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of State Route 49 and Bailey Streets in Payne Ohio. After stopping the driver then pulled out and headed west into the intersection and allegedly struck a 1995 Saturn on the left drivers' side back quarters. After being struck the Saturn spun sideways and rested against the curb of the sidewalk. The injured woman was taken to the hospital by EMS.
