The reports stated that the driver of a 1994 Honda Accord midsize car was facing north on State Route 93 while waiting for traffic, to go south before turning left to go into her apartment complex. The driver of a 2008 Chevy sub-compact car was headed north and struck his brakes and allegedly hit the Honda in the rear. The 31 year old driver of the Honda was injured and transported by EMS.
