A car traveling east on Henderson Road new Alliance Road ran off the road and hit a utility pole.  The driver was ejected from the vehicle, and according to the State Highway Patrol, was not wearing a seat belt. The crash is still under investigation.  Our sincere condolences go out to the family at this sad time.
 
One car accidents are unfortunately all to common. Although officers believe in the above case that excessive speed was a factor in the crash, there are unfortunately, in general many reason why any given car on Ohio roads would crash, including bad breaks, engine problems, slippery roads, etc.  It seems that driving itself is a very dangerous act, and it takes a tragedy like the one talked about above to realize this fact.
