A 1999 Buick driven by a 79 year old woman, was headed south on State Route 65. A 2011 Honda was headed south on the grassy roadside parallel to State Route 65 on the west side of the roadway. The Honda allegedly failed to yield while attempting to make a U-turn and was struck by the Buick. The 72 year old driver of the Honda was totally ejected and struck the windshield and the roof of the Buick, then rested on the grass. The driver as well as two passengers of the Buick and the driver of the Honda was transported by EMS.
