A 1997 BMW M3 driven by a 57 year old man was headed west on County Route 34 when the vehicle approached a curve and the driver allegedly lost control. The Vehicle traveled off the right side of the road struck a ditch and overturned. The 57 year old man sustained injuries and was transported by EMS.
