        A 2000 Chevrolet Impala driven by a 20 year old man, was headed west on County Route 38 approaching a curve west of County Route 38, when it allegedly went off the center of the roadway and struck a 1984 Nissan driven by a 22 year old man head-on. Both drivers suffered injuries and were transported by EMS.
