A man in a Dodge pick up truck was northbound on the I-77 entrance ramp to Everhard road in Jackson, Ohio. His truck allegedly drifted too far right and he struck a guardrail on the ramp before overcorrecting and veering across both lanes of traffic on Interstate-77. After crossing traffic on I-77, the truck struck a concrete divider, sending debris flying into the southbound lane. Some of the debris hit a semi-truck that was on the other side of the divider. After hitting the divider, the Dodge Ram shot back into traffic and crashed into a semi-trailer. The driver of the Dodge was partially ejected from the vehicle, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
