Police reports are that a 1999 Chrysler midsize car was pulling out of 946 E. Waterloo and was turning west, while a 2001 Ford Victoria midsize car was headed east in the right hand lane on Waterloo. The driver of the Chrysler allegedly struck the Ford Victoria on the right hand side. The 33 year old driver suffered minor injuries.
