The 48-year old female noticed a car approaching behind her at a stated speed of 65 mph. She drove into the left lane to avoid being struck by the car behind her, but the 27-year old woman in the other car was unable to stop in time. After being rear-ended, the older of the two women ran over some orange traffic cones.
