Police reports state that a 2004 midsize car was traveling east on Dixon Cavett Road, approaching the intersection of Dutch John, while a 2010 full size car was headed south on Dutch John where it approached the intersection. The 2010 full size car stopped at the stop sign, then approached the intersection and allegedly failed to yield for the 2004 midsize car. The 2010 full size car was allegedly driven into the path of the 2004 midsize car, causing the crash. The 40 year old female driver of the 2004 midsize car and the 39 year old male driver of the full size car sustained injuries.
