Police reports stated that a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country minivan with six people aboard entered Federal Highway 30 headed west from Federal Highway 0127 and allegedly failed to yield to a Tractor truck which was headed west on the same road. The 36 year old female driver, three girls aged 4, 10, and 14 respectively, a male child under 1 year old and a 40 year old man all sustained injuries and were transported by EMS.
