According to police reports a 1999 Buick Lesabre full size car that was being driven by a 71 year old woman, was headed south on State Route 555 and allegedly crossed the centerline. The vehicle then traveled off the left side of the roadway where it struck a tree. The driver was fatally injured and transported by EMS.
