Police reports state that a 1995 Ford compact car was south on County Route 6 and a 2011 Honda Civic was east on County Route 86; the Ford compact car allegedly failed to stop for the stop sign and was allegedly struck by the Honda Civic at the intersection. The Honda Civic went off the left side of the roadway and struck a stop sign before coming to rest against a billboard. The Ford went off the east side and rested in a ditch. The 18 year old female driver of the Ford; the 25 year old female driver of the Honda civic, a 3 year old male occupant and a 1 year old female occupant of the Honda Civic also sustained injuries and were transported by EMS.
