Police reports stated that a 2010 Ford SUV was stopped at the red light facing north, while a bicycle being ridden by the 15 year old girl was headed west on the sidewalk. The SUV allegedly started to make a right turn and allegedly struck the cyclist while she was attempting to cross the road. The 15 year old girl sustained injuries as a result.
