A 1997 Ford Taurus midsize car was stopped west on State Route 105 for the stop sign at Federal Highway 23. A 2004 Honda Civic was headed north on Federal Highway 22 and a 2001 Hyundai compact car that was headed east on State Route 105 allegedly stopped for the stop sign at Federal Highway 23 and failed to yield the right of way to the Honda Civic. The Hyundai allegedly struck the Honda Civic, which then struck the Ford Taurus. The 30 year old male driver of the Honda Civic and the 21 year old female driver of the Ford Taurus sustained injuries.
